Smart Sub Saver is a product operated by Ex Parvis Innovation Lab Pty Ltd (ACN 701 284 595, ABN 35 701 284 595), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. The service is operated from Australia and may be used internationally.

Smart Sub Saver stores account identity details supplied through Clerk, coach-entered team and player names, match participation and playing-time records, saved teams, seasons, completed-game history, and parent-share link metadata. We collect and use this information only as reasonably necessary to provide the team-management and substitution-planning service.

Coaches and team organisers are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority, permission, or consent to enter player information, including children's names. Ex Parvis Innovation Lab Pty Ltd does not obtain parental consent directly from every player whose information is entered into Smart Sub Saver.

Authentication is provided by Clerk. Payments and subscription records are handled by Stripe. Vercel provides hosting and product analytics; Smart Sub Saver does not intentionally send player names or match payloads to analytics. Parent links are bearer URLs: only a one-way token hash is retained after creation, and links expire or can be revoked.

Product records are retained while an account remains active. You can delete your account and app data from Account; Stripe may retain financial records as required for billing and accounting.
