Terms of Service

Smart Sub Saver is a product operated by Ex Parvis Innovation Lab Pty Ltd (ACN 701 284 595, ABN 35 701 284 595), a company registered in New South Wales, Australia. The service is operated from Australia and may be used internationally.

Smart Sub Saver is a coaching aid for organising substitutions and recording playing time. Smart Rotation and Fair Time suggestions are advisory. Coaches remain responsible for player welfare, participation decisions, supervision, and compliance with sport, club, and competition rules.

Coaches and team organisers must have the appropriate authority, permission, or consent to enter player and team information, including information about children. They must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or share parent links beyond their intended audience.

Free includes core match-running. The first two legitimate completed games include Pro Trial access; after that Free remains available. Pro billing, renewal, cancellation, and paid-period access are presented through Stripe checkout and the Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation is not account deletion: cancelled subscriptions retain access through the paid period and preserve data. Account deletion removes Smart Sub Saver product data and revokes shares, while Stripe may retain required financial records.

To the extent permitted by law, Smart Sub Saver is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation and liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding period. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and applicable Commonwealth Australian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer-law rights or laws in a user's jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded.
